New Durable, Movable Floor Graphic Options
Floor graphics and decals are a popular way to place advertising and directional information on the floor, which would otherwise be wasted space. But, one of the most common requests we receive is for permanent floor graphics, or graphics that can be used, then removed and used in another location repeatedly. We have many different materials for making floor graphics that are appropriate for just about any surface from tile to concrete to carpet to asphalt, but all of them are essentially for temporary advertising purposes. Even the most durable would only last a for a few years in high traffic areas before they would need to be replaced, and our reusable floor decal materials are only good until the adhesive gets dirty, and then they have to be replaced as well.
That's why we were so excited to be able to offer G-Floor graphic flooring options. This material is different from most floor graphics and decals, because it doesn't actually stick to the floor. Because of it's 75 mil thickness, it's heavy enough that it can just lay flat on the floor without having to stick, or it can be made into a floor mat with addition of a black semi-rough slip-resistant backing that helps it stay in place. This floor grade vinyl comes in different textures like diamond plate, wood grain, ceramic, or the more heavily textured levant, and because it's clear, the image is printed in reverse on the back side with a white overprint for opacity. The results is an almost indestructible floor graphic that opens up entirely new uses for this type of product.
While G-Floor graphics and floor mats are especially well suited to high traffic areas such as grocery stores, retail shops, airports, malls, schools, real estate open houses, etc., they can also be used in creative ways for other purposes where durable floor graphics can be useful. Car dealer showroom and indoor or outdoor car shows are a popular place to use a G-Floor graphic as a parking pad.
