Expolinc Panel Base

As Expolinc says, rigid boards have never had a better looking base. The Expolinc Panel Base can securely hold any rigid board up to .75" thick thanks to it's unique adjustable clamping base that grips boards securely enough that the entire display can be lifted and moved by holding the graphic panel. Installation is extremely easy as no drilling of holes in the graphic is required. Simply use the supplied locking key to loosen the gripper rail and slide it open, insert the graphics, slide the gripper rail closed and tighten it. The key is stored safely on the bottom of the Panel Base so it's always available when it's time to change graphics. Synthetic rubber feet protect floors from damage and keep the Panel Base from sliding on slippery surfaces.

Unlike standard floor standing sign holders, Panel Bases are not limited to holding a particular size graphic. Typically, they are used at the same width as the graphic, with the exception of the small size which is used in pairs at the outer edges of larger graphics. However, the height can be any dimension up to the recommended maximum of 6'. Taller boards can be used, but even though the Panel Bases are extremely sturdy with the weight centered on the floor, it's possible with heavier and taller substrates for the display to be unstable. Keeping the height to a maximum of 6' is recommended without first testing other heights for stability in the planned display environment.

Falcon Board is an excellent choice for a substrate to be used with the Expolinc Panel Base. It's extremely rigid and won't sag, even at taller heights and it's extremely eco-friendly. Foam boards and similar materials can flex over longer lengths, so 1/2" thick foam boards are recommended. While it's most common to use the Panel Base as a double sided display with a rigid graphic that is printed on both sides, it can also be used single sided with the back side won't be visible or having a blank back side is acceptable.

Expolinc Panel Bases have a satin silver finish and come in 15.75", 24", 36" and 48" widths, or as a pair of 3" wide bases to hold larger graphics.

Expolinc Panel Bases have a height of 2.375" off the floor, and measure 10.25" from front to back. Approximately 2" of the bottom of the graphic will be hidden in the base when installed.
