This 4mm corrugated polypropylene board is the smoothest in the industry. Know by trade names such as CoreX and Coroplast, this light weight, waterproof and durable fluted sheet is a standard for yard signs and other temporary indoor and outdoor graphics. Because it can be die cut, bent, and glued, it's also popular for POP displays, convenience store displays, political and real estate signs, and trade show displays. Available in 48” x 96” sheets.
Indoor longevity of 5-25 years, outdoor longevity of 6 months to 1 year.
Favorite Features
It prints better than most corrugated plastics because it's so smooth. It's completely waterproof. It's very inexpensive. It's recyclable.
Drawbacks
It can bend easily at larger sizes. It's not opaque so printing on one side can show through to the other side when there is strong light behind it.
Best Applications
Inexpensive outdoor yard signs. Outdoor displays and sign holder graphics. Trade show display fabrication.
