Is it possible to do die cut where you cut out the inside of the aluminum? My client wants a square sign but with the letters on the sign cut out as well some other elements. I could send a picture of the design if that would help.

Yes, that can be done. Keep in mind that the aluminum sheeting comes in precut sizes of 18x24 and 24x36. For custom sizes, you would have to purchase an entire 4x8 sheet, so it's usually less expensive to order Dibond or Epanel instead of the straight aluminum sheet.

Details

This solid .040" aluminum sheeting has a white painted finish on both sides so it can be either direct printed or used for mounting vinyl graphics. Available in standard sizes sign blanks of 18 x 24, 6 x 24, and 24 x 36, or in custom sizes up to 48" x 120". Aluminum is impervious to weather and will never rust, so it is very popular for real estate yard signs in 18x24 and 6x24, and A-frame signs in 24x36.

Indoor longevity of 5-25 years, outdoor longevity of 2 to 5 years.

Favorite Features

Comes pre-cut in standard sizes that fit the most common outdoor sign holders. Very durable and weather proof.

Drawbacks

In larger sizes, this material can flex quite a bit, so we recommend aluminum composite boards for graphics larger than 24x36.

Best Applications

Single and double sided outdoor signs for use in real estate yard sign holders or with real estate sign posts.
