This 8.8 oz NFPA 701 fire rated heavy weight dye sublimated fabric is the standard for tension fabric displays. Made of 88% Polyester and 12% Spandex, it can stretch over these aluminum frames to provide a solid look to their curved and irregular shapes, which is what makes them eye catching.

This 8.8 oz NFPA 701 fire rated heavy weight dye sublimated fabric is the standard for tension fabric displays. Made of 94% Polyester and 6% Spandex, it can stretch over these aluminum frames to provide a solid look to their curved and irregular shapes, which is what makes them eye catching, or it can velcro to pop up frames. It offers good opacity and excellent color reproduction with tremendous wrinkle resistance. Available in widths up to 122"

Approximate longevity of 5-20 years indoors.

The fact that this material stretches makes all kinds of interesting fabric displays possible. Matte finish for little or no glare. Eco-friendly.

Drawbacks

It can fray, so it should be hemmed or trimmed with a hot knife. It's not opaque so light from behind will show through.

Best Applications

This is the material of choice for tension fabric displays and is fabricated into pillowcase style graphics with a zipper, or can attach with velcro.

Care Instructions

Dye sublimated fabrics are printed with a process where ink becomes part of the fabric, so it's impossible to damage the print without damaging the fabric as well. This also makes the resulting print washable. If necessary, it should be washed in warm water on a delicate cycle, and dried using a permanent press setting. It can be steamed or ironed using a low temperature setting for delicate polyesters.
