The Wall Mount Banner Kit is a set of two .75" diameter aluminum dowels with 3.25" diameter round base plates with mounting holes. This allows banners with pole pockets to be mounted perpendicular to the wall or mounting surface.

Can this wall mount banner kit be used outside exposed to the elements?

It's not designed for outdoor use and it wouldn't be strong enough to hold up to wind loads. You would want to wall mount a light pole banner bracket if you need this type of display for outdoor use.

Can the banner itself be swapped out for other banners during specific times of the year (such as the holidays, a new season, etc.)?

The banner has pole pockets that fit over the poles mounted to the wall, so you can change the banner as often as you like.

Available in 12", 18", 22", 24" and 30" widths, this inexpensive banner display comes in a matte satin silver finish.

Wall hardware is not included with this kit. #10 screws are recommended, and should be used with wall anchors for mounting to drywall.

I wanted to say thank you for the professionalism of your company and the quality of your work. I received all 3 of our Expolinc displays today along with the 3 lights that came last week. It should go without saying that companies do what they say they will do and follow through, but not all companies value their customers that way, which is why a competitor of yours lost my business last year.
