We have a 60"w x 36" tall banner with 3" pole pockets on top and bottom. Would your 60" pole be too short for the top? Would I need to get the 72" pole, where 6" would stick out on each end? Thought maybe the sizes referenced were actually just a little wider, taking standard banner sizes into consideration.
Also, could the bottom pole be just the pole without eye bolts? or be a shorter pole so nothing hangs out on either side?
We will use this banner at trade shows to hang onto the backdrop pipe.
Do you carry the "S" hooks that can hook into your eye bolt and hook over the backdrop pipe? If not, I see those other places online.
Thanks!

We have a banner to hang that is 228" wide - is the 240" flexible or is the size set? Also how much does it weigh?
Thanks!

That size is fixed, so your options would be to leave about 6" of the Trapeze Bar showing on either side of your banner, or to order a custom size. The custom size is about 10% additional, so that's not a bad option if you don't want to leave the extra bar showing. The Trapeze bars at that size weigh 9 lbs.

What size pole pocket do I need to have sewn in order to accommodate the 7/8" diameter of your pole? Would a 1" pole pocket be large enough?

No, a 1" pole pocket would be too small. We recommend a 3" pole pocket. Technically a 2.5" pocket would be large enough, but the graphics hang a little better with s slightly larger pocket.

Trapeze Hanging Bars are cost effective aluminum dowels that come in wide range of sizes and feature an upscale clear satin anodized aluminum finish with black end caps. They are lightweight and easy to use, but very strong and are the perfect system for hanging banners with pole pockets. Since they are aluminum, they can't warp like wooden dowels and they come in sizes up to 20' long, which wouldn't be possible with other types of banner hanging dowels.
Trapeze Bars are sold as a set with a top and bottom bars. The top bar is 2" wider than the bottom bar to make room for the steel eye bolts that are used to hang them. There is 1" between the end of the end cap the inside of the bolt on each side of the top bar in the standard configuration with the eye bolts on the top of the bar. There is also an optional configuration where the eye bolts are inserted into the end of the top bar.
One piece bars from 18" to 84" have a 7/8" diameter, and the 96" width is available in a 7/8" diameter in 2 sections that screw together with solid aluminum turned bushings. There are also 96" to 144" Trapeze Bars in two sections with a 1.25" diameter for greater strength, and a 180" wide, 3 section model, and a 240" wide 4 section model that also have a 1.25" diameter.
Models that come in 2, 3 or 4 sections have a third eye bolt in the center of the bar for additional support. A slit will need to be cut in the pole pocket of the banner to allow for this extra eye bolt.
