Can you use these hooks on the bottom reel of the hanging systems to hang another poster below the other?

It says these come in bags of 12. Would that mean $3.95 x 12 or does the $3.95 each refer to a bag of 12pcs?

These clear plastic hooks fit the channel at the top of plastic and aluminum SnapGraphics and EasyGraphics poster and banner hanging systems. They provide an attachment point that works with open hooks, closed loops, barbs and other hanging accessories to suspend graphics from above.

Sold in bags of 12.

NOTE: Poster and banner hangers all come with 2 hanging clips. These are only necessary if you need extra clips.

I wanted to say thank you for the professionalism of your company and the quality of your work. I received all 3 of our Expolinc displays today along with the 3 lights that came last week. It should go without saying that companies do what they say they will do and follow through, but not all companies value their customers that way, which is why a competitor of yours lost my business last year.
