How difficult are these to change out? I have about 6 table tops that I would like to change the graphics on, but just purchased them last year so the stands are in great shape.
Is this something I can do myself, of will I need to send the stand back with my order for new graphics?

It's about average difficulty for a retractable banner stand. The first one will be the most difficult, but once you've done one, the rest will go pretty quickly. The instructions, which you can find in the Instructions tab, show how to do it, but it can be difficult to follow those when you've never done it before, so feel free to call and talk to someone here who can walk you through it.
The most important thing is to use the locking pin to lock the roller after you pull the banner all the way out so you can see where the banner is attached to the leader. Once the roller is locked, it's a pretty straight forward process to remove the top rail, remove the banner from the leader, and then install the new banner. Most people who have problems forget to lock the roller and they end up springing the mechanism which makes the process much more time consuming.

I am also replacing the graphics on my banners but I don't see any instructions on this product. Where would I find instructions for replacement?

This product is a replacement banner for an exiting stand, and it would include printing, if that's what you're referring to. If you need instructions for how to install the new banners in the existing stand, those are on the product page for the stand itself, or contact us and we can help you with that.

This replacement banner is designed for use in table top retractable banner stands that fit a 15" wide by 36" tall banner. This includes the Expo Pro and Executive Table Top banner stands with the telescopic pole set to the correct height.
