Unprinted clear polycarbonate is available in 1/32", 1/16", 1/8", 3/16" or 1/4" thicknesses and can be used for a variety of purposes such as our Cashier Shield protective barrier or for a backlit sign face when used with translucent adhesive vinyl. Polycarbonate is more impact resistant than acrylic and is often used for things like bullet-resistant windows and greenhouse windows. It does scratch more easily than acrylic, but it's non-flammable and highly resistance to chemicals.
