Curl Free Banner

This 10 oz blockout banner material is durable, NFPA 701 fire rated, and specially designed to eliminate edge curl which makes it the material of choice for banner stands and hanging displays where flat, curl-free edges are important. Made in the USA, its canvas-like texture and low gloss finish give it a high-end look and helps minimize glare. Because of it's ability to hang flat, it's the recommended material for banner wall displays, since the lack of curl helps minimize the space between the banners in that configuration. Available in widths up to 72".

Outdoor longevity of up to 3 months, depending on wind and installation, and indoor longevity of 5-20 years.

Favorite Features

This material hangs incredibly flat with virtually no edge curl at all. There are many materials on the market that are called curl free, stay flat, so-flat, and other such descriptions, but none of them hangs as flat as this material, which makes it one of our favorites.

Drawbacks

It contains PVC, so it's not eco-friendly. It's more expensive than other banner materials that don't hang flat.

Best Applications

This is the material that's the Standard Banner option in our retractable banner stands and portable banner stands. Because it has no edge curl, it's our favorite material for these displays. It's particularly valuable when used with banner walls, where multiple banner stands are placed together to form a larger image. The lack of edge curl means the gaps between the banners is minimized or eliminated, which is why it's the recommended material for those types of banner displays.
