X Banner Stands

This X banner stand is our least expensive banner stand option. X banner stands get their name because when set up, the banner stand frame looks like the letter X. This style of stand is extremely lightweight and simple with a reputation for being the best cheap banner stands. There are 4 fiberglass arms that reach from a center hub to the 4 corners of the banner and hook through grommets to hold the banner under tension. The tips on the bottom two arms sit on the ground and a rear folding leg balances the banner like a tripod.

The HyperX banner stand features carbon fiber poles with elastic attachment to the steel center hub to hold the banner taught and smooth. This stand is light weight and weighs from 4 to 6 lbs. It attaches to the banner with plastic hooks at the end of each arm that hook through grommets in the banner for very easy set up and take down. The stand has an adjustable rear leg so you can set the angle of the banner.

The Magic Banner adjustable X banner stand is constructed of sturdy aluminum. The stand has a gear mechanisim that swings high quality graphite poles out on the left and right side of the banner to form an X shape. This stand is light weight and weighs from 3 to 5 lbs. It is height and width adjustable with hooks at the end of each arm that hook through grommets in the banner for very easy set up and take down. The stand has a durable latch adjustment for adjusting the height of the stand. Soft rubber feet give the stand a more finished and professional look. As the stand is height adjustable you can put tension on the graphite poles to give your banner a very tight, flat, clean look.

The EconoX is the least expensive banne stand we offer. It's great for those on a tight budget or for large marketing campaigns since the low price allows it to be affordable for displaying your message in multiple locations. It comes in two sizes to fit different size needs.

They HyperX is a premium x banner stand that comes in 3 sizes, but it is similarly priced to the Magic Banner which comes in 3 similar sizes. The Magic Banner stand is adjustable to accomodate a range of banner heights and widths with each model. Because of this, we prefer the Magic Banner because of this ability to work with a variety of banner sizes.

We offer several options with each stand so you can choose the qualities and price that suit your needs. All our options offer excellent print quality, are waterproof, tear resistant and fade resistant, so any choice you make will be a quality product.

The Economy 13oz scrim banner is the least expensive option, but it tends to curl inward on the sides. It's available with either a gloss or matte finish.

The Standard 15oz scrim banner is an excellent option. It's heavier weight and smoother finish makes it a nicer looking banner than the economy option, and it hangs very flat due to it's heavier weight. It also comes in both gloss or matte finishes.

The Premium Curl Free Blockout banner is an excellent choice for those looking for a more upscale look. It has a beautiful fabric-like look and feel, yet is completely opaque so no light will show through or cast shadows from the back side of the display. As the name suggests, this material hangs perfectly flat without edge curl.

For banner stands ordered with banners, normal turnaround time is 3-5 days plus shipping time, depending on the model you order. Hardware only orders usually ship within 1-2 days. During the order process you will be asked if you have a specific due date, and if you do, we will adjust your shipping method, if necessary, to get your order to you on time. If you need your order even quicker, we also have a rush service.

We don't keep every size and model in stock because we carry so many different styles. We do carry the most popular options in stock, and the models we don't carry are usually in stock in our manufacturer's warehouses. Even the models we don't stock can ship within 3-5 days, or faster for rush orders. For hardware only orders, we ship from whichever location is closest to you for the fastest and least expensive delivery.

Yes, we sell all our banner stands with or without a banner. If you don't already have a banner, we obviously recommend having us print and install the banner for you, since we provide top quality printing and banner materials at very competitive prices, but the choice is yours. There are instructions, specs and templates for each banner stand on each product page to assist you both with designing your banner and installing them for those who want to provide their own banner.

We do offer far more models than any other company that we are aware of, and the reason is that they are all different. In general, many of them seem similar, but each one has unique features so that no two of them are the same. Believe it or not, there are far more models available that we don't offer because where two models are basically the same, we only offer what we consider to be the best of the two. But, that still leaves a huge selection, which can seem a bit overwhelming. That's why we provide suggestions in the Our Recommendations tab to help those who are undecided. But, we frequently get calls from people who are looking for a specific set of features in a banner stand, and often there is only one model that will fit all their requirements, and that's why we have so many models. That way we are more likely to have exactly what you need, rather than making you settle for something that isn't quite what you wanted.

We offer multiple banner options for the same reason we offer so many stands, so that you can get exactly the combination you want. Each banner material we offer is a quality product that is tear proof, water proof, and fade resistant and printed in full color at high resolution. The differences are in their other qualities. Our Economy banner tends to curl inward on the edges, so we offer it because it's the least expensive, high quality material for those on a tight budget who don't mind the edge curl. Our Standard Curl Free Blockout banner is a high end material that will hang flat without edge curl, but it's a little more expensive, so while most people choose this option, we didn't want to force a more expensive material on those people who would rather live with some edge curl and save the money. The Premium banner is for those who want the very best banner stand material available, need the extra durability of a laminated graphic, and don't mind the added expense.

That depends on your priorities. If you want the least expensive banner, the Economy banner is the best choice. If you want the banner that hangs the flattest, the Standard Curl Free Blockout banner is the best. If you want the most durable banner with fine art print quality, then the Premium banner is the best choice.

As we've said before, all our banners are quality materials with excellent print quality and durability, so in that regard, you can't make a bad choice. The Standard Curl Free Blockout banner is by far the most popular material we offer. It has excellent color, a high-end fabric-like finish, and hangs the flattest of any material we offer. The Premium banner also hangs flat, but it has a memory and will curl each time it's set up until it has time to relax, which usually takes several hours.

While most of our customers provide us with a file for printing their banners, we can also design your banner stand graphics for you. We've found in most cases, our customers have an idea of what they want, and often already have logos, photos and the wording they want on the banner. In that case, the design or setup of the file takes much less time and is therefore less expensive than a full design where we would come up with the concept, the images, etc. In a case where you have all the elements and just need us to set them up in a professional and attractive manner, the cost usually runs from $25-$75. For situations where we need to do a bit more work and get high resolution images for you, the cost is generally in the $75-$100 range. Full design work from concept to finished product can run from $250-$500 or more.

One each product page their is a Specifications tab that contains the specifications, instructions, and graphic templates for that product. The graphic templates are usually provided in both pdf and Illustrator eps formats. If you need information that is not provided, please contact us and we'll be happy to get you the information you need.

With many portable banner stands, the graphic must be removed from the display when it's broken down for shipping or storage. So, for those display, the banner would obviously not come attached to the display. For all other display, the banner will come already attached and ready to set up.

The cost for a replacement banner will obviously vary depending on the banner material selected, as well as the particular model of stand the banner is for, since the size varies between models. The easiest way to determine the cost of a replacement banner is to look at the hardware only price for a particular stand, and deduct that from the cost of the stand with the banner of your choice. The difference will be the cost of a replacement banner.

All portable banner stands have very simple methods of attaching and replacing the banner, so there should be no need to send the stand back to have the banners changed.

There are quantity discounts available on both the banners and the stands. The discounts on the banner printing are for multiple copies of the same design, and are available at quantities of 2, 10, 25, 50, etc. Discounts on the hardware start at quantities of 11. Yes, we can provide replacement banners for any stand, whether or not it's one we sell. It may be necessary for you to send us the stand so we can be sure the banner is printed at the correct size and with the correct specifications to work properly, but otherwise, it should not be any problem.

Since we sell such a huge selection of stands, the odds are good that we can provide repair or replacement parts for you. There are some brands that we don't work with and can't get replacement parts for, but if the stand is not under warranty anyway, we may be able to repair it for you, since the design of most stands is the same.
