All our displays are available either with or without graphics, and depending on the style of display, many are available with fabric panels that are velcro receptive for attaching graphics. As the name suggests, this category contains our selection of displays for use on a table. There are self packing briefcase style displays, folding panel displays, popup displays, linear portable exhibits and tension fabric systems, all sized to be used on a table for presentations or trade show display use. These are some of our most compact, lightweight and easily portable displays, as well as being some of the least expensive we offer. This is the main reason these are popular as entry level displays for those who are new to trade show displays.

Folding panel displays are made of fabric covered panels that fold and stack to make various shapes and sizes of displays. There are styles for both table top use and full height configurations in various sizes. These displays are popular with customers who want to velcro smaller graphics to a fabric wall. They are fairly inexpensive and great for presentations as well as trade show displays.

Popup booths are the most popular style of trade show displays, and are also common for other types of displays and exhibits in shopping malls, sporting venues, theater lobbies, and other special event settings. These trade show displays consist of a collapsible aluminum frame that is lightweight and easily portable, which expands or "pops up" to form the framework to attach fabric or graphic panels via magnetics and hanging hardware. They come in wide variety of shapes and sizes from table top displays to full 20 foot island exhibits, in straight and curved walls, towers, serpentines, horse shoes and many more configurations. They can be ordered with fabric panels for attaching graphics with velcro, or with full graphic panels to make seamless murals. They fold down into a very compact space for transport and storage making them a great choice for high impact displays that can be set up by a single person.

Tension fabric displays are popular because they one of the easiest displays to set up. A stretch fabric graphic is attached with velcro to a popup display frame, and the graphic can stay attached when the frame is collapsed. When it's time to set up the display, you simply expand the frame with the graphic already attached, and your done. The fabric graphics can be removed and machine washed if necessary. Lightweight and portable, this style of trade show display comes in several sizes from table top displays to full height exhibits. This group also includes dimensional hanging tension fabric shapes such as squares, circles and triangles that are fabric covered frames which an be hung from above to attract attention to your booth space from great distances.

This hybrid trade show display system has the look, style, and sophistication of a semi-custom exhibit with the ease, convenience and price of a portable exhibit. These trade show displays consist of a put together frame to support the graphics, which attach with magnets, and various shaped cut out extensions that attach to the frame and give each display a different and unique appearance. They are available in table top, 10' and 20' configurations, and thanks to recent price reductions, they are in the same price range as popup displays, making them an excellent alternative for customers who want a unique look.

Exhibit Truss trade show displays are some of the most unique and elaborate we offer. These systems are sure to get attention with their modular truss construction and magnetically attached graphics. There are a wide variety of shapes and sizes from 10' booth space configurations up to full 20' island spaces, and each is sure to get you noticed. There are also range of attachments available including table tops, internal shelves, tables, and literature pockets. These displays are also popular for semi-permanent exhibit installations due to their sturdy construction and endless creative possibilities.

Counters and kiosks are excellent trade show displays that are also useful for sales presentations and other display needs. They can be used in combination with back wall displays such as our tension fabric displays, pop up displays, linear portable exhibits, and exhibit truss systems. They are also excellent for use with banner stands to make for a polished presentation, and give you and your customers a gathering spot in your display space.

This includes full color printed table covers and table runners that come in a variety of sizes in both a full cover style, and an economy style that is open on the back side. Durable and machine washable, these attractive table covers add a professional finishing touch to any trade show display setup that includes a folding table.

Our many styles and sizes of shipping and graphics cases are the perfect complement for any display that doesn't come in a hard shipping case, or that needs to have a case that accommodates the graphics. These cases will keep your graphics and displays safe during transit.

Our collapsible folding literature racks give you a convenient and attractive place for hand outs and company literature, while being compact and easy to transport. Their polished and professional appearance will compliment your trade show displays to make a positive impression on your customers.

To make recommendations on the best display, we like to work backwards from the graphics, since all displays are basically designed as a structure to display your graphics. For a display that will allow you to attach smaller graphics, one of the fabric covered displays are needed. One of our folding panel displays, or a popup display with fabric panels would give you the setup you need to velcro small graphics. We prefer the popup displays because they give you the option of changing the fabric panels for graphic panels if you decide to do a large mural in the future.

If you want to display larger graphics or a full graphic mural, pop up displays are still our favorite style of display. The Tension Fabric Displays are probably the easiest to setup since the graphic stays attached to the frame when it's folded up and stored, but in our experience, this type of display doesn't look as good, especially over time, when compared to popup booths.

Among the pop up displays, the Neo is the best value, but with only a few configurations. The Coyote brand is an excellent value in a good quality display, and the Expand 2000 pop up displays are top-of-the-line displays with a lifetime warranty. All work the same way and perform the same function, so for practical purposes, the difference is the warranty and the features that each offers.

If you're looking for a display that looks different from your neighbors booth, the Linear portable exhibits are a great choice. They are priced similar to the pop up displays and have a unique, custom look. They take a little longer to setup and take down compared with a pop up display, but they are not difficult and the different look can be extremely eye catching.

The Exhibit Truss systems are also a different look with a modern, high tech style. But, truss systems are large, heavy and bulky. They ship in cases that must be shipped via freight carrier and they take hours instead of minutes to set up and take down. They also require two or more people to assemble, compared with pop up displays that can easily be set up by a single person in about 15 minutes. But, they are the most impressive and high tech displays we offer, and their modular design means they can easily be customized to suit special needs.

The turnaround time is a little different for each different type of display, but in general, most displays have a normal turnaround time of 5 days if ordered with graphics. Hardware only orders for folding panel displays usually ship within 1-4 days depending on the fabric color you choose, ShowStyle and ShowMax displays ship within 2 days, Coyote pop up displays with fabric panels ship within 1-4 days depending on the fabric color, and displays without fabric panels ship within 1 day. Expand pop up displays ship within 2 days. Linear Portable Exhibits and Exhibit Truss systems ship within 2 days.

Black, gray and blue fabric colors are the most popular and usually ship in 1-2 days with most displays.

During the order process you will be asked if you have a specific due date, and if you do, we will adjust your shipping method, if necessary, to get your order to you on time. If you need your order even quicker, we also have a rush service.

We don't keep every model in stock because we carry so many different styles. The models we don't carry are usually in stock in our manufacturer's warehouses and will generally ship within 1-2 days. If you are ordering graphics with your table top display, we generally will have the display shipped to us so we can fit the graphics and make sure everything is correct before we ship the display to you. In the case of a rush order, we will sometimes have the display shipped directly to you and we will send the graphics separately.

Yes, we sell all our displays with or without graphics. If you don't already have graphics, we obviously recommend having us print them for you, since we provide top quality printing and materials at very competitive prices, but the choice is yours. There are instructions, specs and templates for each display on each product page to assist you with designing and installing your graphics.

That depends on the table top display. For fabric covered displays, such as the self packing displays and folding panel displays, our Economy Tradeshow material is an excellent choice. It's a lighter weight version of our Premium Tradeshow material that is an ideal weight for graphics being attached with velcro to the fabric of the display. This would also be true of the pop up style table tops with fabric panels.

For graphic panels on pop up style displays, the Premium Tradeshow material is the best option because the heavier weight holds it's shape better to the curved shape of the frame.

The tension fabric displays and Linear Tabletop Exhibits have a dye sublimated stretch fabric that attaches with velcro, and this is the only option for these displays.

While most of our customers provide us with a file for printing their graphics, we can also design your tabletop graphics for you. We've found in most cases, our customers have an idea of what they want, and often already have logos, photos and the wording they want to use. In that case, the design or setup of the file takes much less time and is therefore less expensive than a full design where we would come up with the concept, the images, etc. In a case where you have all the elements and just need us to set them up in a professional and attractive manner, the cost usually runs from $25-$75. For situations where we need to do a bit more work and get high resolution images for you, the cost is generally in the $75-$100 range. Full design work from concept to finished product can run from $250-$500 or more.

When you place your order, there will be a place where you can indicate that you need us to do your design. When you choose that option, we will contact you to discuss your needs and give you an estimate before any work begins.

One each product page their is a Specifications tab that contains the specifications, instructions, and graphic templates for that product. The graphic templates are usually provided in both pdf and Illustrator eps formats. If you need information that is not provided, please contact us and we'll be happy to get you the information you need.

The cost for replacement graphics will obviously vary depending on the material selected, as well as the particular model of display, since the size varies between models. The easiest way to determine the cost of replacement graphics, if they are not already listed with the price of the display, is to look at the hardware only price for a particular model, and deduct that from the cost of the display with graphics. The difference will be the cost for replacement graphics.

No, we currently only sell new displays and graphics. We don't rent displays or sell used displays.

During the order process, you will be presented with shipping options, and their respective costs, so you can choose which shipping method you would like. You are not required to complete the order at this point, so you can use this as a means of determining the shipping cost. If you would like to find out the cost of shipping before starting an order, you can use the Pricing/Order wizard which will also allow you to enter the shipping zip code and state to get a shipping cost.

For some of the larger displays, a shipping cost won't be displayed. In those cases, you can contact us and provide your delivery address and shipping method, and we can get a shipping estimate for you.

There are quantity discounts available on both the displays and the graphics. The discounts on the graphic printing are for multiple copies of the same design, and are available at quantities of 2, 10, 25, 50, etc. Discounts on the hardware start at quantities of 11. Contact us for the discounted prices for your particular job.

Yes, we can provide replacement graphics for most displays, whether or not it's one we sell. It may be necessary for you to send us the display so we can be sure the graphics are printed at the correct size and with the correct specifications to work properly, but otherwise, it should not be any problem.
