Table Covers
Our full color custom printed table covers and table runners are a great way to enhance your presentation and lend a polished appearance to your entire display setup.
Our custom printed tablecloths and table runners are dye sublimated on knit polyester for brilliant color and ultimate durability. They are machine washable and wrinkle resistant.
We offer table throws for 4 foot, 6 foot and 8 foot tables, as well as a convertible model that adjusts for either a 6 foot or 8 foot table. Our table runners come in 24 inch, 30 inch, and 60 inch widths so you can find the right size to display your message. Both table covers and table runners are available in full size as well as the economy versions that don't cover the back side of the table which allows for easy access from the back to any materials stored under the table.

Normal turnaround time is 4-5 days from the time you approve your pdf proof, plus shipping time. During the order process you will be asked if you have a specific due date, and if you do, we will adjust your shipping method, if necessary, to get your order to you on time.
This is a full color printing process, so you can use any number of colors you like. There is no difference in cost between a one color print and a full color print, and the cost is also the same whether you print the entire table cover, or just put your logo on the front.
When you're ready to order, you can use the main menu above or Place Order button next to each item in the Models & Prices tab. The order process for table covers is like our display hardware, so you won't have the option to send your graphic as part of the order process. You will need to visit the file transfer page, either before or after completing the order form, to send your files for printing. This section will cover in detail the steps you need to take to place an order for a table cover using our order form.
When you first open the order form, there will be an expanding list of items on the left. If you use the Place Order button, you can skip to the next step, otherwise, choose the Display Hardware option, then choose Table Covers and pick the specific style you want from the drop down list.
Once you enter the quantity, you will be given a price and a Special Instructions box will appear where you can enter any information you need to pass along about your order. You can jump around to different styles and sizes to check the prices and see the descriptions of each. Once you are done, click Continue to add the item to your shopping cart.
On the shopping cart screen you can see all the items you've added to your order, delete any that you don't want, or choose Add Another to add another item to your order.
You don't need to log in or create an account to select and add items to your shopping cart, but you will need to do so in order to complete your order. This is so your account history can be maintained for future reference and ordering convenience. Your account information is secure and confidential, and creating an account WILL NOT result in unwanted e-mails from us, or anyone else.
Once you have placed all the items you want in your cart, and are logged in to your account, click the Order Now button. You will be asked to specify either normal turnaround time for your order, or provide a specific due date. If you do specify a due date, you will also be given the option to authorize rush charge for your order. Be aware that table covers are printed using a different process than most of our other printed materials, and they take longer as a result. It may not be possible to rush your order sooner than the normal 4-5 day turnaround, but you can authorize rush charges and we will contact you if we cannot meet your deadline. If you specify a due date, we will adjust the shipping method, if necessary, to ensure your order arrives by the date you specified. In this case, extra shipping charges may apply.
Next you will be asked to select the shipping method, and finally the payment type. You should know that your credit card is not being charged when you submit the form. We are collecting the information for your order, but you will not be charged until we have verified your order to make sure there were no mistakes made. That way, if there are aspects of your order that change, we can adjust the order and the shipping cost, if necessary, before you are charged.
Once you click the Order button, you will receive an order summary via e-mail for your records, and we will receive your order and the process can begin.
With table cover orders, you will need to visit the File Transfer page to send the files for your design.
