The Real Estate Sign Post comes in an easy to assemble kit that includes all the components pictured, plus all the hardware necessary to hang your sign.
The patent pending internal key makes assembly and disassembly fast and easy. It also gives the sign post a clean smooth look because there are no external screws needed to hold the sign arm in place.
Installation is especially easy due to our drive-in stake. Just drive the stake in the ground, slide the post over the stake, and then hang your sign. The metal ground mount stake is engineered to be lightweight and strong, making installation fast without disturbing the yard.
The cross arm that the sign hangs from is routed into the post so that it goes through both sides. This design makes the arm stronger to resist any sagging. Once the arm is in place, it's locked in using the patent pending key system that fits internally so it's completelly hidden. The key requires no tools and means the post can be assembled and unassembled in seconds.
The included stainless steel eye hooks can be screwed into multiple locations on the cross arm to accommodate a variety of sign sizes, and the provide s-hooks are used to hang the sign. Nylon anchors are used for added stength.
The vinyl Real Estate Sign Post comes in a standard 5' length with a 36" cross arm that will accommodate a 24" wide sign. The gothic style post cap and end caps for the cross arm are also included. Longer posts and cross arms are available on request at an additional cost, as is a khaki finish.
