While we work very hard to make sure our pricing is among the best, we feel very strongly that price should not be your only consideration. If someone else is offering what seems to be the same product for a lower cost, it will almost certainly not be the same product. There are many ways to cut costs. Using inferior material, printing at high speed and/or low resolution, and not having an experienced and knowledgeable staff would all allow us to charge less for our printing, but it would not be fair to our customers and we wouldn't be happy providing that level of quality and service. Many customer wouldn't know what to look for in determining a good quality material or print from a bad quality one. So rather than take advantage of that fact, like so many companies do, we consider it our responsibility to make sure we don't even offer any bad quality options so that any choice our customers make will be a good one.

When it comes to pricing, we do things a little differently than the industry standard, such as:

• No RIP fees
• No setup fees unless you ask us to design your job for you
• No extra charge for high resolution, high quality printing
• Even our inexpensive printing materials and display hardware are high quality, if a material or display is junk, we won't offer it so any product you choose from Power Graphics, in any price range, will be a quality product

Don't let a well-known name or the promise of a cheap price lure you to a vendor that doesn't have our expertise or attention to detail. We can usually match any price, and save you the time, expense and heartache of a poor quality job.

While we guarantee the quality of our work, all printing work is custom and as such, there are no refunds given. If we make a mistake on an order, we will correct the error at no cost to the customer. If an error is made by the customer, we will fix the error at the customers expense. All our printing is tightly calibrated for accuracy, but if the customer is unhappy with the results, and the customer did not request a proof, the print can be corrected and reprinted at the customer's expense, unless the issue was a result of a problem with our equipment, in which case we would replace the print at no charge. If a print is damaged in shipment, we will file a claim with the carrier and replace the damaged items. In the case of a damaged shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us as soon as possible and to keep the damaged items along with the packing materials.

We can accept returns on some hardware items. This depends on the policies of the manufacturer, and will usually involve a restocking fee. Of course, any defective hardware will be replaced or repaired at the manufacturer's discretion. Any custom built or cut hardware cannot be returned. Please contact us and we can provide specific refund policy information for any hardware you are interested in.
