Normal turnaround time is 2-3 days plus shipping time. During the order process you will be asked if you have a specific due date, and if you do, we will adjust your shipping method, if necessary, to get your order to you on time. If you need your order even quicker, we also have a rush service. Keep in mind that this product is cut to order by the manufacturer, and sometimes they are not able to get rush orders shipped as quickly as we would like. We will do our very best to ensure that your order gets to you on time, but it's not completely in our control.

While these products come in specific sizes, they are actually all cut to order so we don't stock any of the sizes in house. They are all made to order and shipped directly from the manufacturer.

This depends on the material you are hanging. The SnapGraphic style is nice because it works with any material up to 70 mil (.070") thick. The EasyGraphic style works with slightly thicker materials up to 93 mil (.093") thick and is very easy to use since you just push the graphic up into the holder and it grabs hold. Unless you have a stiff material, though, the EasyGraphic style won't work so if you're not sure what kind of material you will be using, or want a product that will work with a variety of materials, the SnapGraphic is the best way to go.

This is a matter of personal preference, but we like the clear because it's less noticeable and doesn't hide any of the graphic. The silver is nice for high tech look, or to give the appearance of metal. Depending on your design, the white or black also look good and can complement your graphic or frame it. Keep in mind that you should not use the black plastic EasyGraphics in windows or anywhere they will be exposed to direct sunlight because they absorb the heat and will warp.

During the order process, you will be presented with shipping options, and their respective costs, so you can choose which shipping method you would like. You are not required to complete the order at this point, so you can use this as a means of determining the shipping cost. Also, while it's common sense for most people, the shipping cost is not related to the price of the item, but is based on the size, weight and destination. We have customers who are sometimes surprised at the shipping cost, especially for for large items. Keep in mind that the shipping cost is being determined by the size, not the weight, for larger items so you could order several kits and the shipping cost wouldn't change much because they would all fit in the same box.

You can cut the EasyGraphics to a smaller size, as all the sizes are cut from master lengths. We recommend a fine tooth saw or hacksaw. With the plastic versions, you can even use a sharp utility knife, but this will be a little more difficult.

EasyGraphics can be ordered in custom sizes, but in our opinion, it's not cost effective unless it's for a large order as the manufacturer charges a premium to set up their equipment to cut something other than a standard size. You can cut them to size yourself however. See the question above.

If you need to hang longer graphics, we recommend using the Oval SnapGraphics or Aluminum EasyGraphics because the regular plastic version is not rigid enough to keep from bending with longer graphics. EasyGraphics are sold as a kit with the top, bottom and hanging clips. If you only need the top, you can just leave off the bottom. You can also use the bottom as a top for another graphic if you order extra Universal Hanging Clips, shown on the Accessories tab.

When you first open the order form, there will be an expanding list of items on the left. If you use the Place Order button, you can just select the color and size you want and skip to the next step. Otherwise, choose the Display Hardware option, then choose Poster and Banner Hangers and pick the specific style, color and size you want from the drop down list.

Once you enter the quantity, you will be given a price and a Special Instructions box will appear where you can enter any information you need to pass along about your order. You can jump around to different styles and sizes to check the prices and see the descriptions of each. Once you are done, click Continue to add the item to your shopping cart.

On the shopping cart screen you can see all the items you've added to your order, delete any that you don't want, or choose Add Another to add another item to your order.

You don't need to log in or create an account to select and add items to your shopping cart, but you will need to do so in order to complete your order. This is so your account history can be maintained for future reference and ordering convenience. Your account information is secure and confidential, and creating an account WILL NOT result in unwanted e-mails from us, or anyone else.

Once you have placed all the items you want in your cart, and are logged in to your account, click the Order Now button. You will be asked to specify either normal turnaround time for your order, or provide a specific due date. If you do specify a due date, you will also be given the option to authorize rush charge for your order. If you need your order completed in less than the normal 3-5 day turnaround, you should authorize rush charges to ensure you get your order on time. For printing, rush charges are 50% of your order total, up to a maximum of $75. If we don't have to bump other jobs to meet your deadline, you won't be charged the rush fee, but if you don't authorize the charges, we'll do what we can to complete your order on time, but won't go so far as to bump other jobs. If you specify a due date, we will adjust the shipping method, if necessary, to ensure your order arrives by the date you specified. In this case, extra shipping charges may apply.

Next you will be asked to select the shipping method, and finally the payment type. You should know that your credit card is not being charged when you submit the form. We are collecting the information for your order, but you will not be charged until we have verified your order to make sure there were no mistakes made. That way, if there are aspects of your order that change, we can adjust the order and the shipping cost, if necessary, before you are charged.

Once you click the Order button, you will receive an order summary via e-mail for your records, and we will receive your order and the process can begin.
