Light Pole Banner Brackets

The original BannerFlex design has endured the seasons to become the industry standard in banner mounting hardware for utility poles and light poles. After years of refinement, BannerFlex now offers its highest level of durability and performance with the following features.

• 356T6 Heat-Treated Cast Aluminum for superior strength and durability, and corrosion resistance
• Bolt Holes so casting may be easily bolted to poles in lieu of banding
• Banding Channels easily allow positioning of up to 3/4" wide banding to fasten casting to pole
• Arm Slide Flanges so banners can be installed or removed without moving or removing the Main Casting. Allows banner-length adjustment of 1” at both top and bottom of banner. Arms may be removed when no banners are installed
• Dacromet-Coated Set Screws and Zinc-Plated Hitch Pins are corrosion resistant and allows for easy installation and adjustment. The Hitch Pin provides added security.
• Warranty: 10 Years when properly installed and maintained
• 4-Degree Cantilevered Casting (Top arm is canted up, bottom arm is canted down) so wind energy is transferred from banner to the fiberglass arm. Keeps banner trim and in tension and promotes banner longevity.
• Eyelet Included in Casting allows for cable ties to be utilized through both the banner grommet and casting to secure banner providing added security from loss or theft.

Available with standard round fiberglass arms or tapered Airow arms. Both arm styles provide flexibility while maintaining strength, and absorb wind energy to reduce stress on the banner and the light pole. The inherent flexibility of both arms allow the banner to return to its original taut position once wind subsides. The Airow arms increase the flexibility of the arm by up to 50% to dissipate even more wind energy, making them perfect for high wind areas or when extra wind load reduction is required.

The Metro Bracket was specifically designed with Metropolitan areas in mind. In response to requests for a smaller, but adjustable bracket for fluted and ornamental light poles, we introduce the attractive, streamlined Metro bracket. This sleek hardware is perfect for historical, informational or decorative images in all downtown settings.

Has the same features and warranty as the D3 bracket, but the Metro bracket has a 2-degree cantilevered casting.

The use of decorative light poles has created a need for banner brackets specific to these poles has resulted in the creation of BannerFlex JR banner brackets. Using the weather-tested BannerFlex fiberglass arm to deflect wind-load, BannerFlex JR protects the structural integrity of these valuable poles and prolongs fabric and vinyl banner life.

BannerFlex JR also uses a durable, one piece, low profile casting well proportioned for decorative light poles in pedestrian areas, and offers the following features.

Normal turnaround time is 4-5 days if you're ordering a graphic with your display hardware. For hardware only orders, the turnaround time is usually 1-2 days. During the order process you will be asked if you have a specific due date, and if you do, we will adjust your shipping method, if necessary, to get your order to you on time. If you need your order even quicker, we also have a rush service. If you authorize rush charges, we can get your order shipped the same day or the next day. Rush charges are typically 50% of your order up to a maximum of $75. If we're able to meet your deadline without bumping other jobs, we won't actually charge the rush charge, but you must authorize the rush to guarantee delivery.

We recommend that bitmap images such as digital photos be 150dpi at the actual print size in order to look good from close range. Larger display graphics tend to viewed from further away, so if that's the case, lower resolution files of 72-100 dpi at the actual print size can be used and still look good from 5 feet away. We use special software to enlarge smaller images to their full print size, but the larger the original file, the better the results will be. If you're images are smaller than we recommend, which is common for larger prints, it's important to consider viewing distance as well. A print that shows a lack of resolution due to enlargement up close, might look just fine from arms length. We've printed images at 16 feet wide from 8 megapixel cameras that look very good from five feet away, so where a print will be displayed and how close you expect it to be viewed from are important to consider when deciding how large a print can be made. When in doubt, send us your file and we'll examine it and let you know how large we think it can go and still look good.

The light pole banner brackets can be installed with 3/4" gear banding or bolted to the utility pole. There are full installation instructions available in the Specifications tab.

When you first open the order form, there will be an expanding list of items on the left. If you use the Place Order button, you can skip to the next step, otherwise, choose the Display Hardware option, then choose Outdoor Displays & Sign Hardware: Outdoor Sign Hardware, and select the specific model you wish to order. If you haven't already decided on a model, you can choose different items and read their descriptions to help you make a choice.

Once you enter the quantity, you will be given a price and a Special Instructions box will appear where you can enter any information you need to pass along about your order. Once you are done, click Continue to add the item to your shopping cart.

Once you've complete all the previous steps, click the Add to Cart button to add this item to your shopping cart. On the shopping cart screen you can see all the items you've added to your order, delete any that you don't want, and have another chance to upload your file if you chose Upload Later from the order form. You can also choose Add Another to add another item to your order.

You don't need to log in or create an account to select and add items to your shopping cart, but you will need to do so in order to complete your order. This is so your account history can be maintained for future reference and ordering convenience. Your account information is secure and confidential, and creating an account WILL NOT result in unwanted e-mails from us, or anyone else.

Once you have placed all the items you want in your cart, and are logged in to your account, click the Order Now button. You will be asked to specify either normal turnaround time for your order, or provide a specific due date. If you do specify a due date, you will also be given the option to authorize rush charge for your order. Rush charges are 50% of your order total, up to a maximum of $75. If we don't have to bump other jobs to meet your deadline, you won't be charged the rush fee, but if you don't authorize the charges, we'll do what we can to complete your order on time, but won't go so far as to bump other jobs. If you specify a due date, we will adjust the shipping method, if necessary, to ensure your order arrives by the date you specified.

Next you will be asked to select the shipping method, and finally the payment type. You should know that your credit card is not being charged when you submit the form. We are collecting the information for your order, but you will not be charged until we have verified your order to make sure there were no mistakes made. That way, if there are aspects of your order that change, we can adjust the order and the shipping cost, if necessary, before you are charged.

Once you click the Order button, you will receive an order summary via e-mail for your records, and we will receive your order and the process can begin.
