Electronic Submissions
If your files are ready at the time you place your order, you can attach them as part of the order process. If you wish to send file separately from your order, you can use the upload link below. We can accept single or multiple files up to 2000 Mb maximum. Simply enter click the Upload button below, choose up to 12 files to send, enter your name, e-mail address, and optionally a message to us, then click send.
Be sure to fill out the Order Form as well for any files you are sending as nothing will be done with your files until your order is received.
If you prefer to use your own FTP client, that information is listed below as well.
We can also accept up to 20 Mb file attachments via e-mail at files@power-graphics.com.
Disk Submissions
If you would like to send us your job on disk, visit our contact page for our mailing address. We can read almost any type of removable media, such as Zip, ,CD, DVD, and all memory card formats such as CompactFlash, SmartMedia, Memory Stick, and Microdrive. Then, if you haven't already done so, fill out our Online Order Form to provide us with the details of your order.
Information for Using Your Own FTP Client
If you wish to use your own FTP client program, the information for accessing our FTP site is as follows:
Host/FTP Address: 71.36.94.33
User Name/User ID: filedrop
Password: thanks
Directory: /incoming
NOTE: For security, you will be denied permission from viewing the other files on our ftp site, so you will receive a "permission denied" message if you attempt to list the files on our site. You can still send your file, however, as this will not affect your ability to upload a file.
Please contact us if you have any trouble sending us your files, or if you need help with this process. Also, be sure to visit our Order Form page to send us your instructions for your job. That way we can contact you if there are any problems, and we'll know what to do with your file once we receive it.
